<strong><em>ch, sh, th, ng, nk, ai, ee, igh, oa, oo (spoon), ar, ur, oo (book), or, ow (growl), oi, ear, ure, er, ow (snow), air.<\/em><\/strong> The children have also been looking at all the hard to read and spell words &#8211; The children have enjoyed learning their names and their properties. They have been on a shape hunt around the classroom too. Health Week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This week we have been talking to the children about &#8216;belonging&#8217;. Where do they belong? The children had some super ideas. We belong to.. our church, mosque, family, Rainbows, swimming class, school. Before we returned the star we took a trip to space. We got dressed in our space suits, put our seat belts on and counted down from 10 to 0. When we got to space we made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (we had to keep grabbing all the bread that kept floating away!!), we brushed out teeth and strapped ourselves into our sleeping bags for a quick sleep before we walked in space. We returned to Earth to put all our super star writing and the items we had made in a safe place outside. Today, we used the apparatus to practise everything that we have leaned: jumps, bunny hops, and balances.
