Our new hard to read and spell words are <strong>ball<\/strong> and <strong>tall<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today your child will bring home the final flashcards, a box will come home for you to keep them all in. There are handy activity suggestions inside too. Composing and decomposing numbers involves the children investigating part\u2013part\u2013whole relations, e.g. seeing that 5 can be made of 3 and 2 or 4 and 1. We found out that the Golden Temple is the most special place in Sikhism and that Sikhs, the same as Muslims, take their shoes off and cover their heads before they enter their place of worship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reception Bedtime Story Evening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of our World Book Day celebrations, we are having a special Reception Bedtime Story evening in our classrooms on <strong>Wednesday 5th March<\/strong>. It will start at 6pm and finish at 6.45pm.
