The children did an incredible job and we really hope you enjoyed watching them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Phonics<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>We have continued to revise all the phonemes learnt so far. Please keep practising them at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maths<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>In maths, we have looked at 2D and 3D shapes. This year it was the &#8216;Wizard of Oz&#8217;. It was very funny!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cartwright Hall &#8211; Change of Plan!<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Our trip to Cartwright Hall will now just be a morning visit, so the children <strong>won&#8217;t need a packed lunch<\/strong>. We will be back in school in time for school dinner. Thank you to everyone who has offered to help on our visits. We will let you know, during the first week back, if we need you to come with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thank You<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>A huge thank you from all of the Year 1 team for our lovely cards and gifts.
