Our PTA have had a very busy week with a Christmas Movie night and a fantastic Christmas Fair. Santa visited classes in Y1-6 this week and will return to Nursery and Reception next week (if they&#8217;re good). Many thanks to all the PTA volunteers and to families and local businesses that donated generous raffle prizes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Thursday evening, over 60 Y5 and Y6 children went to the Leeds Playhouse to see an excellent new version of A Christmas Carol. A member of the public was sat in the middle of some of our children and as he was leaving he said to a member of our staff: \u201cThe children were all really well behaved, top class!\u201d It&#8217;s always good to get feedback like this: manners and theatre etiquette are important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/itchyprojects.co.uk\/2026\/dev\/transfer\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Screenshot-2025-12-12-104201.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are certainly in Christmas-mode with Early Years&#8217; Nativity performances this week and KS1 and Junior shows in rehearsal.
