Highwood Lodge is perfect location for exploring Yorkshire\u2019s \u201cLast of The Summer Wine countryside\u201d, Yorkshire Sculpture Park, or the Peak District and Bronte Country close by and York is only 45 minutes away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highwood Lodge also benefits from an outside patio area where you can enjoy a BBQ overlooking a wooded valley. We\u2019re situated in the midst of the West Yorkshire countryside with hiking adventures right at our doorstep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Take in a spot of culture at the with a visit to Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Learn about Yorkshire\u2019s past with a visit too the National Coal Mining Museum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head west and you will come across Holmfirth, the filming location for Last of the Summer Wine.
